- If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within the same day of placing the order. If you cancel your order before it has been processed, we will refund the entire amount.
- Orders cannot be canceled after it has been processed. It will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where defects are found with the product.
- If you have accidentally ordered a wrong book. Please contact us as soon as possible with the book information that you intend to order. We can send you the right book you intend to order. If you have found that you have ordered a wrong book only after the order is delivered. Please contact us via Contact Us page with your order details we can will find a best way to sort it for you.
- Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 8-10 business days from the date of order cancellation.
- If you have received the product /package in a bad condition, tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the same to the delivery person. We will ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost.
